Hiring of a Firm for Environmental and Social Management (ESM) Compliance Survey of NPGP Program Interventions      

The National Poverty Graduation Programme (NPGP) is a 6-year programme co-funded by IFAD and the Government of Pakistan. It is implemented in 23 districts including 388 union councils of the country. The programme is designed to catalyze change at the grassroots to pull people out of poverty through social mobilization, livelihoods development and financial inclusion. 

NPGP is seeking a well reputed firm to conduct Environmental and Social Management (ESM) Compliance Survey of NPGP Program Interventions. Interested parties may access the REOI document (attached) and submit their EoI as per given instructions.

Any request for clarification on this EOI including the PTOR should be sent via e-mail to the address below no later than Wednesday 22nd of March 2023. The client will provide responses to all clarification requests by Friday 24th of March 2023.

Submission Procedure: 

Please submit your expression of interest using the forms provided for this purpose. Your EOI should comprise one (1) original copy of each EOI form annexed to this document. EOIs shall be submitted to the address below no later than close of business Friday 31st of March 2023. EOIs can also be submitted through email.
