     I.        Masters with 2 years’ experience in relevant field or Bachelors in Business Administration with 5 years’ experience.

    II.        Proven administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  III.        Understanding of Financial systems

  IV.        Strong communication skills

   V.        Good skills in computer (MS Office including database management)

Problem solving skills in day-to-day financial matters.

 

Job Description:

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Manages all correspondence within and outside the regional Office.
  2. Record all incoming and outgoing letters and documents.
  3. Receive advice from the Regional Manager and HO on relevant issues and tend to the information/inquiries sought.
  4. Convey all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff.
  5. Monitor administrative aspects of the regional office/school and evaluate. Discipline and punctuality of the staff.
  6. Ensure the maintenance of the attendance register in the office and confirm staff attendance level in the field.
  7. Responsible for supervising the work related to the purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, air conditioner, and miscellaneous.
  8. Responsible for negotiating services agreements with vendors.
  9. Looks after administrative affairs of the Office.

Finance Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Regional Manager in Implementing and administering Moawin Foundation systems for internal control, compliance, accounting, data processing, and financial reporting functions in accordance with Head Office regulations.
  2. Responsible for ensuring timely procurements in accordance with rules.
  3. Maintaining the Excel file for Employee accounts and other vendors.
  4. Maintaining an updated schedule of advances, accruals/payables, and their timely adjustments
  5. Maintain books of account and maintain vehicle logbook.
  6. Assist in the monthly financial planning cycle and ensure the on-time submission of the monthly reporting package.
  7. Oversee the maintenance of all accounting records, ensuring that records are complete, accurate, and safeguarded.
  8. Consolidation of Regional and Sub-office expenditures monthly.
  9. Proper documentation of vendor and regional office communication/correspondence.
