Duty Station

Respective Divisional HQ with frequent travel in the targeted districts of the division


Position Objectives:


The personswill be based at district branchesunder the overall guidance of District Head of Larkana, MirpurKhas, Sukkur, and Hyderabad in Sindh province and SohbatPur/Naseerabad, Sibi in Balochistan provinces. He/she will be responsible for efficient and effective implementation of various programs and activities Including Y&V, DM, Health, PMER and branch development activities.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities



Carry out assessment, design and implementation activities; implementation of program activities; implementation of various programs and activities including Y&V,DRR,fundraising,Livelihood, PMER,activities.



Assess regularly the process of community based Activities.



Produce assessment reports according to developed formats.



Implement and monitor the results of field activities.



Relation/negotiation with community for activities and ensure community participation.



Supervise the activities community members/organizations.



Ensure the follow-up and proper use of materials and tools used in the field.



Manage and facilitate the supply of materials to field in collaboration with logistic department.



Collect Information and prepare reports on progress of field activities.



Report immediately any delay, problem or other relevant information to Line Manager.



Communicate with other Sectors to homogenize methodology and conditions of interventions



Perform other duties and functions as may be given by the Management.




Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from recognized Institution.



Minimum 1x year experience in relevant field.


Skills / Knowledge required

Very Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

Very Good Communication Skills.

Very Good Report Writing Skills.

Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers.

Sound knowledge of software.

 Very Good team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation.

Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances.

Team Management Skills.

Age Limit


Maximum Age limit upto 35 Years

Travelling : Maximum to the targeted districts
