Relevant Experience:

Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in field operations.

Candidate must be a Graduate.

3 positions for Regional office Gilgt & 3 Positions for Sub Regional office Baltistan.

Job Description:

You are required to work 6 days a week i.e. Monday to Saturday.
You will be based at a regional office required to travel to GB schools.
You are required to coordinate with the Head teacher/ Principal. Facilitate activities related quality of education being imparted. MF expects smooth function of the schools through tactful handling.
Interventions in all schools should be carried out under your supervision.
Supervision of ECE and E-Learning is to be done by you.
You are required to visit each school as required.
Develop Strong relationship with community regarding education and other related matters.
Data Management of all Skardu School, Prepare report week/ month wise.
Manage employee’s leaves and attendance record school wise.
Supervise overall schools administration.
Develop good relations with local vendors.
Manage documentation related to school employee personal files, school expenses and other related matters.
Ensure utility services.
Understand MF policies and its implementations.
School Visits (8-10 visits in a month)
Ensure co-curricular activities.
Collect success stories from student and teachers.
Ensure timely provision of data, information and analysis to stakeholders.
Keep a track record of Program activities to ensure that the Program implementation plans and timelines are being followed.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
