Position Objective: |
The organization is responding to the recent flooding crisis in Pakistan. As we transition from relief to recovery phase, we are assembling a core team that will be responsible for the planning and execution of this recovery plan within the provinces. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

Strategic development ofsectoral specific elements for the recovery plan. |
|
Collaborating with other relevant sectors within and donors for the development of recovery plan. |
|
Drafting and dissemination of the recovery plan to relevant stakeholders. |
|
Coordinating with provincial teams for seamless execution of the recovery plan. |
|
Drafting regular reports outlining the progress of the recovery plan to update senior management. |
|
Ensuring procurement of all essential items and logistics of deliveries to the provinces. |
|
Conflict resolution of any challenges that may be encountered during the execution of the recovery plan. |
|
Record keeping of all key data, including project and financial reports, and forwarding it to relevant departments. |
|
Regular coordination with other sectoral departments and donors, as necessary. |
|
Arranging relevant trainings and workshops for capacity building of provincial / district health teams, as well as field staff to ensure quality implementation of the recovery plan. |
|
Regular monitoring visits to the field for ensuring M&E aspect of the project. |
|
Any other duties as assigned by the management. |
Education |
|
|
MBBS degree from PMDC recognized university /institution. |
Experience |
|
|
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field / position. |
|
Skills / Knowledge required - Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent report writing skills. - Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers. - Sound knowledge of commonly used software. - Exceptional team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation. - Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances. - Team Management Skills. |
