Position Objective: |
The organization is responding to the recent flooding crisis in Pakistan. As we transition from relief to recovery phase, we are assembling a core team, which will be responsible for the planning and execution of this recovery plan within the provinces. |

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

To lead and facilitateexecution, implementation, and coordination of the recovery plan, collaborating with the provincial health teams. |
|
Serving as the technical program lead, leading the overall coordinating body for ensuring the effective and quality implementation of recovery plan in the field. |
|
Ensuring compliance with project agreements. |
|
Supervision of implementation of recovery program and services according to Strategic & Plan of Action (PoA) budgets sheet and log frames. |
|
Processing financial and project reports received from provincial facilities and field staff, conducting financial reconciliation based on activity and financial reporting. |
|
Ensuring the implementation of integrated health structure for standardization of practices within all branches. |
|
To achieve targets in respective district through coordination with district chapters and other stakeholders, in collaboration with provincial managers. |
|
Support training and capacity building for the healthteams and field staff, as well as government health personnel in targeted areas, in collaboration with stakeholders. |
|
Regular monitoring visits to targeted areas and disseminating relevant information to senior management. |
|
Close monitoring of the quality and implementation of the PHQ and field-level activities, and providing advice and guidance to project staff on possible solutions to problems if they arise. |
|
Development and maintenance of effective liaison with governmental authorities, donors, the humanitarian country team, and civil society organizations with the aim of coordinating and promoting project related activities. |
|
Any other duties as assigned by the management. |
Education |
|
|
MBBS degree from PMDC recognized university /institution. |
Experience |
|
|
Minimum 5x years of experience in similar field / position. |
|
Skills / Knowledge required - Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent report writing skills. - Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers. - Sound knowledge of commonly used software. - Exceptional team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation. - Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances. - Team management skills. |
