Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and implement a logistics plan for the delivery of materials and supplies.
• Manage and track inventory of materials and supplies.
• Arrange for the transportation of materials and supplies from regional warehouse to project destination.
• Checking purchase orders against stock level.
• Monitor the delivery of materials and supplies to ensure that they are received on time and in good condition.
• Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the transportation of materials and supplies.
• Develop and implement security plans for Filed Area.
• Entering data into a database.
• Report any security incidents to the Project Manager immediately.

Qualification/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Transportation, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chanin Management or in a related filed
• Minimum 5 year of experience in logistic and security operations.
• Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and logistic software necessary to conduct research and complete operating activities
• Strong Interpersonal and Communications Skills
