CALL FOR TENDER

Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) was incorporated on May 29, 2003, as a not-for-profit organization and registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (Formerly known as Companies Ordinance, 1984). SRSO is funded by the government of Sindh to work in the designated districts of Sindh to achieve the goals of poverty reduction through community empowerment, skills enhancement, capacity building, and development of community-supported infrastructure projects.

SRSO is looking for vendors/contractors to acquire medicines & consumable items for its field office in Khairpur & Mirpur Khas- Sindh.

Interested Suppliers preferably from Sindh can collect the detailed bidding documents from the following address OR via the given email ID no later than 26^th September 2023. The Sealed bid & proper profile of the vendor should be submitted to the following address no later than 28^th Sept 2023 by 12:00 PM. The tender committee will open the sealed bids on 28^th Sept 2023 at 12:30 PM in the presence of yours/your nominated representative.

The Sealed bid should be submitted to the office address or by email:

a)      SRSO Complex near Taj Petroleum main Shikarpur Road Sukkur

• The Vendor/Firm/Company must be registered in Pakistan.
• The supplier/firm must have an NTN and GST number.
•  All applicable taxes by the government of Pakistan/government of Sindh must be added to the cost.

The award will be fulfilled by the supplier/Company and Client, based on the following criteria.

1)       Best price/offer.

2)       Technical references.

3)       Working Experience in Sindh and within the development sector (NGOs).

4)       Capability and ability of the bidder (technical/professional/financial) to carry out the work within the agreed timeframe.

5)       Respect and monitor the cold chain all along the transport for temperature-sensible products.
