Key Role of the Position: Project management, sales and marketing

Purpose of the position:

The basic purpose for the position is project management, staff support, sales and marketing. Key role includes planning and execution, developing the most appropriate methods and system to support the community optical shops and relevant stakeholders in smooth implementation and strengthening interventions in project area. The position holder will be responsible for managing compliances, high quality service providing optical shops, development of strategy and business plan to enhance the sales of optical products, quality assurance and meeting customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

Following would be the major duties and responsibilities during the course of job agreement.

1. Develop long- and short-term sales enhancement plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
2. Making effective decisions/plans regarding better management of community optical services.
3. Develop better communicating strategy with project staff, senior management and relevant stakeholders to keep the project aligned with the targets.
4. Develop quality assurance plan of the project for maintaining the minimum quality standards.
5. Adjusting schedules and targets with consultation of senior management, as per needs of the project.
6. Develop feedback mechanism for building customer confidence; by incorporating their suggestions and opinions.
