RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: 

• Conduct beneficiaries’ identification, door-to-door assessment, and verification for project related activities.
• Conduct/support project team in conduction of training programs as well as identification of training beneficiaries and locations.
• Conduct/Support trainings and campaigns related to women/human rights in target areas.  
• Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the Programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of the organization.
• Ensure mobilization of targeted population for effective implementation of project activities.
• Community mobilization and sensitization for involvement of women in economic and commercial activities.
• Facilitate project team in opening bank accounts of Home based workers.
• Facilitate project team in preparation of Computerized National Identity cards of Home based workers.
• Facilitate project team in registration of home-based workers.
• Report writing and sharing weekly progress updates
• Any other task assigned by project manager/ district coordinator

Stipend/Remunerations:

• Stipend/Remunerations  PKR 20000 will be provided per month

Working Conditions and Level of Travel Required

• The position will be based in District Diamer and will require field visits to target communities in selected areas of District Diamer. Only female candidates can apply for this position

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in data collection, entry and compilation
• Graduation in Social science, Business Management, Gender Studies
• Resident of District Daimer.
• Experience with NGOs/ INGO will be preferred.
