Introduction of Organization: Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is national non-government organization (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860 in Punjab with a vision to ‘create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilize their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights’. Core thematic areas of AGAHE include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

AGAHE is implementing a project titled the scaling up of Bio fortified Zinc Wheat (“BZW”) project activities in three Districts of south Punjab (Multan, Khanewal & Bahawalpur) Pakistan. AGAHE wants to Establish/support BZW Aggregation Centres in Multan, Bahawalpur, and Khanewal. For this purpose, AGAHE seeks the services for Procurement of Supplies Items Support the farmers to adopt the technologies related to reduction losses. Details of items given below.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for the quotation.

1- All quotations must be addressed to AGAHE Head Office Lahore.

2- Quotations shall be submitted in PKR and Quotation must be written on company letterhead.

3- Quotation must have validity days from the date of issuance.

4- Total flour bags 90000/- 90 chakies name print on each 1000 bags.

5- Payment shall be made within 07 days after receiving invoice. Payment shall be made through cross cheque after Tax deduction as per provision of law.

6- AGAHE reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in parts or whole with assigning any reason.

7- Service provider must not be engaged in any child labour, human rights abuses, corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.

Quotations must be reached to AGAHE Head Office, House#3-A, Judicial Colony Phase-II, Raiwind Road, Lahore. Not later than Sep 30, 2023.
