Position: Project Coordinator  01 Position 

Laar Humanitarian and Development Programme (LHDP) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance and sustainable development initiatives across Sindh.

LHDP invites applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following positions under the project:

Project Title: Heat Justice for Workers: Building Climate-Resilient and Inclusive Labour Systems in Sindh's Urban Hotspots

 Positions: Project Coordinator (01 Position)

Duty Stations:Sukkur & Larkana, Sindh

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate overall project implementation in accordance with project objectives and donor requirements.

• Develop work plans and ensure timely execution of project activities.

• Coordinate with government departments, labour institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Supervise project staff and provide technical guidance.

• Monitor project progress, prepare quality narrative reports, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor policies.

• Support project planning, budgeting, documentation, and learning.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, climate change,   resilience, humanitarian, or development programs.

• Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and computer skills.

• Experience working with NGOs/INGOs will be preferred.
