Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Teacher Education, Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years’ experience in teacher training and school-based academic support, including child-centred pedagogy, lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, teaching-material development, teacher coaching and psychomotor learning through activity-based and hands-on methods. Experience in private, community or low-resource schools will be preferred.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
