Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years’ experience in industrial and/or healthcare waste management and resource efficiency, including waste audits, segregation, handling, storage, reuse/recycling, disposal systems, SOPs, compliance, HSE and staff training. Experience with hospitals, recycling or manufacturing enterprises will be preferred.
For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
