Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Experience: 

At least 5 years’ practical experience in PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe or plastic extrusion/injection manufacturing, including raw-material formulation and mixing, extrusion process control, dust and temperature control, cooling, cutting/socketing, scrap and rework reduction, quality troubleshooting, and production-flow improvement.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
