Key Responsibilities:
Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the project office.
- Maintain office records, files, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support procurement processes including quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper asset management and inventory control.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
Finance
- Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and donor requirements.
- Support audit processes and provide required financial documentation.
- Handle payroll processing and staff reimbursements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and finance, preferably with NGOs or development projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
