Job Description:
Position Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking Teachers for an Education Project. The Primary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students from Early Years to Grade V, fostering academic growth, character development, and social skills. The teachers will be following curriculum standards set by the provincial education authorities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Professional Training and relevant provincial education authorities while maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Provincial Curriculum Framework.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Use interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Integrate educational technology where appropriate.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom behavior.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage respect, cooperation, and teamwork among students.
Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare report cards.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
- Communicate student progress to parents.
Student Development
- Promote moral values, civic sense, and character building.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Support students’ emotional and social development.
Parent & School Engagement
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance registers and academic records.
- Assist in examination preparation and invigilation.
- Support school policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent having 05 years relevant experience. or b. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent having 03 years relevant experience.
- B.Ed or relevant teaching qualification (preferred).
- Strong command of English and Urdu.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Basic IT skills for lesson preparation and reporting.
