Association for Gender Awareness and Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a non-governmental social Development Organization established in 2007, registered under the Societies Act, 1860 at the Punjab Province level. AGAHE has already signed an MoU with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD) certified by the Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP) since 2010 and registered with the Punjab Charities Commission (PCC).

The position reports to CEO and is based at Head Office (Lahore), with traveling to the field areas to conduct MEAL activities. The position aims at developing and implementing MEAL frameworks / plans of the projects, focusing on performance improvements, evidence generation, data management and reporting. This role also requires leading the process of resource mobilization through responding solicited and unsolicited calls for funding in close coordination with program and partnership team. MEAL Manager will also be required to build staff’s capacity on MEAL.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicant must have completed masters degree in public policy, development studies, international development, social work, econimics, sociology, anthropology or any other relevant social sciences decipline from well-known, HEC-recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience around MEAL, Research, Programme Development, Database management in well-known national/international organization.
  • Proven experience of conducting evaluations, writing high quality reports for donors and management of large databases.

Skills and Competencies

(a) Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, SPSS and NVIVO.

(b) Experience of working on Power BI and SharePoint.

(c) Highly proficient in English language (writing, speaking, reading and listening)

(d) Good time management and team management skills
