Job Summary:

JHK Group is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The HR Officer will support the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is integral to ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.

• Employee Relations:

Provide support to employees, engage in employee retention activities, and address concerns.

• Performance Management:

Support appraisal processes and help ensure continuous performance improvement.

• Compliance and Administration:

Ensure company policies are followed and handle administrative HR tasks.

• Training and Development:

Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.

• Health and Safety:

Promote and enforce health and safety standards within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of one year in an HR role, or fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge and understanding of employment laws are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Discretion in handling sensitive information.

• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
