A reputable development organization working in Balochistan is seeking Qualified and experienced candidates for the below position based in Quetta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Supporting the audit process and maintaining accurate records for internal and external audits.
- Monitoring cash flow, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring timely payments.
- Reviewing and processing payroll, including deductions and benefits calculations.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
- Updating and maintaining the fixed assets register.
- Liaising with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters.
Providing financial guidance to management and assisting in decision-making
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A Masters degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CA will be an advantage).
- A minimum of 03 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Financial Statements, FBR E-Statements, PSID, Bank reconciliation, SECP Compliances, EAD Compliances
