Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and write engaging articles for online publications such as top-tier blogs and social media, as well as traditional print media including newspapers and magazines.
- Design visually appealing presentations and artworks.
- Regularly update MF’s external presentation.
- Execute social media campaigns to build a robust online presence, and manage all social media accounts effectively.
- Provide routine communications services to organizational stakeholders, including content writing, drafting executive messages, vetting communications, and ensuring consistency with external messaging.
- Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing and branding material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services
- Video editing and Designing of short video clips and posts for social media handles.
- Manages Websites of Moawin Foundation.
- Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, digital talks and Podcast for top management.
- Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics of Social Media.
- Update and Maintain record communication’s database
- Directs the overall flow of information for a organization including human resources, public relations, and division offices.
- Communicates with members of print, radio and television media if required.
- Manages official social media communications with responsibility.
- Collect and verify data to design and produce good branding and publicity materials.
- Supports program team in designing and printing of training material and training guide
- Identification of Grant opportunities and providing support in proposal writing.
- Any other task assigned by GM QA & Communications or CEO.
Knowledge, Expertise & Skill
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills particularly with software applications like Word and PowerPoint.
- Must have knowledge of photo and video editing software.
- Must have the ability to effectively prioritize projects and multi-task.
- Must be able to function well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of DSLR Camera will be added benefit.
- Must be highly detail oriented.
Experience and Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Communication/Media
- Professional Communication Skills (Interpersonal, Written, Verbal etc.)
- Work experience in Production House is preferred.
