About the role:
The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) will assist the Women Medical Officer in delivering high-quality maternal and child healthcare services at the MCH Center. The LHV will focus on antenatal and postnatal care, immunizations, family planning, and community health education. The role includes providing hands-on support to patients, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a hygienic and safe environment at the center.

Job Specification:
Education:
- Two-year Diploma of Lady Health Visitor with the registration of Pakistan Nursing Council.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in maternal health (preferred).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of antenatal, postnatal, and family planning care.
- Basic skills in administering immunizations and handling minor medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in underserved or remote areas.
The responsibilities listed above cover most of the tasks that would be performed by the job holder in this position; however, staff may be assigned any other official tasks as and when required.
