Monitoring & Compliance Specialist

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Sociology, Development Studies, social work, Public administration or in relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in monitoring, compliance or auditing role.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks & compliance tools.
• Identify risks, gaps and non-compliance issues & recommend corrective & preventive actions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, audits & field visits to assess programme performance.
• Analyze date and prepare detailed compliance repors for senior management.
