Introduction:
Zakat Foundation of America (ZFA) is seeking quotations from reputable suppliers for the provision of Eid gifts and supplies for hospitalized children. The selected supplier will provide high-quality items that meet the specified requirements.

Scope of Work:
The supplier will provide the following items:

1. Stuffed Toys 1
2. Colouring Book and Colores box
3. Hygiene Kits (including Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, and Towel,Hand Senitiser)
4. Food Packs (including Juice, Biscuits, etc.)

Quantity:
The supplier will provide 100 sets of each item packed in Basket with ZFA logo stiker)

Delivery:
The supplier will deliver the items to the ZFAs office.

Requirements:
The supplier must:

- Provide high-quality items that meet the specified requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of the items
- Provide a detailed invoice and receipt for the supplied items
