Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Project Management

The required skill set includes:

Ensure that project activities are executed timely in a well-planned manner;

Ensure to communicate the field-related requirements at all levels;

Ensure that work plan, progress reports and KPI data is timely submitted on monthly basis;

Ensure that monthly/quarterly targets are achieved;

Conduct progress/performance review and planning meetings with the team, provide feedback and ensure that action plans are implemented within given deadlines; 

Organize and facilitate donor’s related events;

Ensure that strong working relationship and rapport is developed with the relevant departments at the district level;

Ensure that CHIP and donors’ policies and procedures are strictly followed and adhered to during the day-to-day operations of the project;

Conduct field monitoring visits and share the reports with recommendations to improve the project’s deliverables;

Identify and develop potential case studies and success stories;

Establish a working relationship with key stakeholders at the district level for smooth and effective implementation of the project activities;

Any other project-related work assigned by the supervisor when and where required.

The required skill set includes:

Oversee and manage field operations to ensure smooth implementation of programs, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals and project workplan;

Supervise and lead the team, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Ensure effective communication, team collaboration, and timely completion of tasks and goals;

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with district-level stakeholders, including local authorities, community leaders, and health professionals, to ensure successful program delivery and community engagement;

Develop and implement detailed work plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution and timely completion of activities;

Prepare and submit regular reports detailing program activities, progress, and outcomes.

Verify bills and ensure that all financial documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with organizational policies.

Ensure that CHIP and donors’ policies and procedures are strictly followed and adhered to during the day-to-day operations of the project;

Conduct field monitoring visits and share the reports with recommendations to improve the project’s deliverables;

Identify and develop potential case studies and success stories;

Develop M&E frameworks for the  project and support staff in the development of M&E tools and templates for capturing success stories etc.

Pay periodic visit to ongoing projects and developing new project development opportunities.

Train project leads and program offices on report writing and creating understanding on donors/CHIP reporting formats.

Support to identify sources of potential program partnership opportunities and take lead on developing high quality project proposals.

Lead communication work in CHIP e.g. finalization of progress reports, promotional materials such as case studies, best practices, trainer manuals and events’ reports etc.

Ensure CHIP’s social media presence with quality regular updates.

Design and undertake desk and primary researches and manage knowledge management system of CHIP.

Undertake critical analysis of multiple reports as and when required.

Develop training manual and presentation using advance software and online tools.

Data cleaning, coding, analysis and management;

Undertake coordination and communication whenever required.

The required skill set includes:

 

Cash management, conversant with procurement procedures and rules, dealing / negotiation with vendor, vehicle management, office premises maintenance, security etc.

Previous experience of event management.

The required skill set includes:

Conduct micro census activities to identify and register targeted children, ensuring accurate data collection for immunization activities;

Lead efforts to mobilize mothers, caregivers, and mothers-in-law in the community, educating them about immunization and encouraging participation in related activities;

Carry out door-to-door visits to engage families, promote immunization, and address any questions or concerns regarding vaccination practices;

Organize and execute outreach activities to increase community engagement. Work specifically with the refusal families to provide information and encourage involvement in immunization activities;

Follow up on any Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFIs) and provide counselling support to caregivers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and they receive appropriate guidance;

Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance knowledge on immunization awareness, micro-planning, and related topics, ensuring up-to-date expertise in the field;

Actively engage with influential women in the community, as well as health professionals like Lady Health Visitors (LHVs), Lady Health Supervisors (LHS), and Lady Health Workers (LHWs), to facilitate data exchange and improve community health outcomes;

Document all activities during field visits, and regularly update immunization coverage data to ensure accurate and timely reporting for program tracking and evaluation.

Ensure that CHIP and donors’ policies and procedures are strictly followed and adhered to during the day-to-day operations of the project;

Identify and develop potential case studies and success stories;

Any other project-related work assigned by the supervisor and organization when and where required;

Visit program implementation areas of CHIP as and when required.

Computer skills and good verbal and written communication preferred.  Priority would be given to persons having command on English, Urdu and Pushto languages.  Work Experience in an NGO/INGO would be preferred.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Type of Contract

Fixed term - 15 months
