Job Title: Office helper

Department: Administration

Reports To: Senior Admin Officer

Job Purpose:

The Office Boy is responsible for providing general assistance to office staff and ensuring that the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional. This role includes various administrative support tasks such as serving tea, coffee, handling office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the office is cleaning of office, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the pantry is stocked.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Set up meeting rooms and assist with office equipment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as requested by the supervisor.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Matriculation
  • Experience: Prior experience as office boy will be prefered
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of office tasks and equipment.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Punctual and reliable.
