Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Maintain visitors log Book & submit report on monthly basis.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintain visitors log Book and provide report on monthly basis.
  • Maintain phone log, E-mails, TCS, Letter etc.
  • Maintain staff in & out report during office hours.
  • Assist Admin Officer in other administrative matters.
  • Record of daily stock received and issued.
  • Maintain the photocopy and its log.
  • Any Other task assigned by the line Manager.
  • Should have knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Good command of excels
  • Able to maintain and create requests on software
  • Properly maintain log of IEC material ,Printed materials etc
