Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

• Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients and setting up meetings.

• Present the company’s recruitment services to prospective clients under supervision.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.

• Participate in client meetings and take notes for follow-up actions.

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand service delivery capabilities.

• Learn and apply sales techniques to support business development goals.

• Stay updated on market trends and the recruitment industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, internship experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Self motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
