Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Sales Executive to expand our market presence and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs.

Promote recruitment services to prospective clients across various industries.

Conduct client meetings to present service offerings and close deals.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools and report progress to management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self motivated with a results driven approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho).
