Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Sales Executive to expand our market presence and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs.

  • Promote recruitment services to prospective clients across various industries.

  • Conduct client meetings to present service offerings and close deals.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools and report progress to management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self motivated with a results driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho).
