Position Objective: The handyman will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is properly processed, organized, and stored. They will also assist with packaging, preparing orders for delivery, and handling loading/unloading tasks at the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, experienced, comfortable working on their feet, and also responsible for office cleaning and facility management support
Relevant Experience: Qualification Matriculation with minimum of 1 year of experence
Job Description:
Objective 1. Warehouse Stock Management
- Prepare & complete orders as per Delivery Note (Counting, Packing & Loading Properly)
- Package items & label properly
- Receive and process warehouse stock Products (Pick, Unload, count & Store) as per guidelines of Supervisory.
- Count Inventory on rotation basis to ensure accurate inventory record.
- Update Bin Cards as per Delivery Note
- Check Thermometer working Properly & Note Down Temperature on daily basis
- Check Electrical Boards/Button, Bulbs, AC’S are working properly
- Identifying any Damage, Lost or missing Material and immediately notify to supervisor
- Store & Organize stock as per there specification/Batch Number
Objective 2: Cleaning the Warehouse/office
- Cleaning Warehouse and office on daily basis (Inside & Outside)
- Dusting on daily basis
- Check doors & lock are properly close/Lock on daily basis before leaving office
Objective 3: Fleet & Administrative Support
- Check log book of rental cars are filled properly
- Check log book reading & Odometer reading is accurate.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Objective 4: ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies
- Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
- Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
- Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
