Sangtani Women Rural Development Organization (SWRDO) is a National Organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act of 2017. We are a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian, and non-governmental organization committed to fostering inclusivity, equity, and sustainable development across Pakistan. With a focus on serving vulnerable communities, SWRDO operates under a mission-driven framework to achieve sustainable development goals. Our work is recognized and certified by the Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP) and we have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Federal Government of Pakistan, for the implementation of internationally funded projects. SWRDO is an employer that does not tolerate any form of sexual misconduct. Personnel: Gender & Decent Work Manager

Qualification: M.Sc. in Gender Studies, Social Sciences or related field.

Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in gender equality, labor rights, or decent work programming, preferably in development or humanitarian contexts.
