Scope / Purpose of the Position:
Operationalize, administer and coordinate at all level for successful implementation of project.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |
|
To assist in Execution, implementation and Coordination of Health project in coordination with Project focal persons. |
|
Execute program and services according to Strategic & Action Plans budgets sheet and log frames. |
|
Processing financial and activities reports received from provincial focal person, conduct programs financial reconciliation based on activity and narrative/financial reporting |
|
Finalize cash forecast /cash request fund transfer request of project while synchronizing the proposal received from donor and activity/budget approved for respective year |
|
Ensure the implementation of integrated Health structure for standardization of practices. |
|
Review and continuously guide in improving the quality of project interventions and implementation |
|
Conduct supportive supervision and monitoring, finalize strategies, procedures, prepares detailed proposal, and formulates recommendations for administrative approval |
|
Prepare key materials (e.g., toolkits, guidance notes, and presentations) as per specific initiatives and ensure that they capture the right internal and external stakeholders |
|
Assist in development of technical briefs, summaries, report, and any other documents required with reference to project activities. |
|
Ensure the quality of Medical products to be supplied to supported Health Units. |
|
Provide technical insight in development, planning, implementation, monitoring components of the program/activity. |
|
Support to project team for closely collaboration with other partners (MoH, WHO, MOFA etc) through joint participation in meetings with project officials and other stake-holders as well as in partner meetings as may be required and give technical recommendation |
|
Build capacity- more focusing on the technical aspects of training and capacity building of Health staff at provinces for the programs/activities |
|
Conduct supportive supervision and monitoring, finalize strategies, procedures, prepares detailed proposal, and formulates recommendations for administrative approval.

Provide technical leadership in collaboration with health team from project staff and oversight of project activities. |
|
Ensuring the services are well-supported, managed and coordinated with oversight and accountability for all. |

Ensure all activities may be undertakings should be of high quality both at planning and implementation phase with active monitoring. |

Education |
|
|
MBBS with Master in Public Health (MPH) from PMDC recognized University/ Institution. |
Experience |
|
|
3x years’ experience in similar field / position. |
|
Skills / Knowledge required - Very Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. - Very Good Communication Skills. - Very Good Report Writing Skills. - Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers. - Sound knowledge of working on financial tools and software. - Very Good team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation. - Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances. - Team Management Skills. |
