Objective:

The objective of this consultancy is to work closely with the National Institute of Health (NIH) and Ministry of Health to establish efficient healthcare service delivery mechanisms in Sindh and Balochistan. They will utilize their expertise in training, monitoring, and evaluation to enhance institutional capacity, implement effective reporting frameworks, and identify key performance indicators through properly developed tools.

Scope of Work:

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Work closely with National Institute of Health (NIH) and Ministry of Health to establish Health Delivery Services mechanism in Sindh and Balochistan.
2. Provide Training for institutional capacity building of project stakeholders in Sindh and Balochistan.
3. Help establish report frameworks and Monitoring and Evaluation tools for the intervention Districts of Sindh and Balochistan.
4. Develop tools to identify KPIs for Health Service Delivery.
5. Any other task as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

The consultant should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• An MBBS degree along with a Masters degree in Public Health will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the health services delivery domain.
• Familiarity with the healthcare system in Pakistan, particularly in the areas of disease surveillance and public health.
• Proven ability to facilitate training, conduct assessments, and develop implementation plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
