Learning, Acting, and Building for Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) is a USAID-funded activity that is working to strengthen the integration of rehabilitation and assistive technology into health systems through a scalable approach and is committed to supporting local solutions.

The purpose of this request for quotations (RFQ) is to procure a minimum stock of a variety of quality and simple assistive products to enable the provision of appropriate assistive technology services at the Primary Health Care Level in Swat. ReLAB-HS is opening this RFQ for crutches (580 pairs), canes (200 units), tripods (100 units), quadripods (100 units), rollators (60 units), walking frames (260 units), toilet chairs (200 units), shower chairs (200 units), and spare parts.
