Team Leader
(01 Position)
|
- Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field]
- 5 to 7 years working experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.

MEAL Coordinator
(01 Position)
|
- Master degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, International Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4 to 6 years working experience monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a development sector.
- Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and standards
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, including impact evaluation, results frameworks, and logical frameworks.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Admin & Procurement Coordinator
(01-Position)
|
- Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 08 to 10 experiences in administration, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic financial and budgeting knowledge.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

- Bachelor’s degree Social Sciences
- 3 years working experience in community mobilization, outreach, or related fieldwork, preferably in a non-profit or development context.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust within diverse communities.
- Knowledge of the local language(s) and customs, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to organize, motivate, and engage community members around program goals.
- Basic reporting and data collection skills.
