Position

Qualification/Experience

Project Manager
(01 position)

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, project Management or related field.
  • 10 to 15 years’ working experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities 
  • Understanding of budgeting, risk management and resource allocation 

Team Leader

(01 Position)

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field]
  • 5 to 7 years working experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

MEAL Coordinator

(01 Position)

  • Master degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, International Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 4 to 6 years working experience monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a development sector.
  • Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and standards
  • Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, including impact evaluation, results frameworks, and logical frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Admin & Procurement Coordinator

(01-Position)

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 08 to 10 experiences in administration, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic financial and budgeting knowledge.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Field Community Mobilizer

(04 – Positions)

  • Bachelor’s degree Social Sciences
  • 3 years working experience in community mobilization, outreach, or related fieldwork, preferably in a non-profit or development context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust within diverse communities.
  • Knowledge of the local language(s) and customs, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to organize, motivate, and engage community members around program goals.
  • Basic reporting and data collection skills.
