Job Description:

1.  Data Compilation and Reporting Support
   Support the MEAL officer in compiling and disseminating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as per IDEA and donor requirements.
2. b.      Timely Submission of Progress Reports
   Assist in submitting progress reports and ensuring timely updates on project activities.
3. Monitoring Framework Development
   Assist in the development and updating of the monitoring framework.
4. Data Collection and Reporting
   Support in the collection and provision of field data for analysis, sharing with data analysts, and ensuring accurate reporting.
5.  Quality Control of Project Deliverables
   Monitor the quality of project deliverables and outputs, ensuring that activities meet established standards.
6. Quality Assurance Implementation
   Assist in implementing quality assurance mechanisms across project activities.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
   Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of monitoring activities.
8. Training and Support for Project Staff
   Provide training and support to project staff on monitoring and evaluation processes to foster continuous learning within the organization.
9.  Field Visits and Problem-Solving
   Document bottlenecks, problems, and issues during field visits, proposing effective solutions.

Accompanying Project Visitors
Accompany project visitors to the field when required, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate reporting.
