General Description:

The incumbent shall be responsible to assist oversee, ensures smooth procedures, and oversee the HR department’s day-to-day administrative tasks. The tasks include upgradation and execution of HR policies, support recruitment, day to day operations, employees’ requests and more. In short, the incumbent shall be providing support in maintaining the entire internal HR operations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for full functions of Human Resource Administration.
  • Responsible for onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Management of small and large events organized by the HR department i.e. Trainings, farewells, welcomes etc.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental needs and requests.
  • Creation of pipeline and identification of passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates.
  • Regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants in the navigation of the job application and selection process.
  • Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks
  • Supporting the implementation of ERP systems.
  • Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling and updating employment confirmation.
  • Maintaining, updating, and filing of employment records in hard and soft form.
  • Management and hiring of consultants.
  • Drafting email announcements, preparing letters with regards to HR issues such as verification letter, visa application, letter of undertaking, testimonial, performance notice, warning letters, etc
  • Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc
  • Assisting in special projects as and when needed
  • Preparing headcount, movement, turnover reports etc.
  • Ensure all organizational policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the industry and best practices.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation.
  • Supporting in updating employees KPIs, regular performance evaluations of individual employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.   
  • Any other task assigned by the Senior Manager HR and the Chief Executive Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field of Social Science
  • Candidates must possess minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in related field; specially recruitment/headhunting.
  • Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for drafting of various reports.
  • Exceptional MS Excel and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
